Drew Fein has been practicing law in Palm Beach County since 1995. His areas of practice include wills & trusts, real estate, estate & trust administration, and probate litigation.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Fein served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable David L. Levy, of the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami.

Mr. Fein is a graduate of Emory University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned his Juris Doctor cum laude. He is an active member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and The Florida Bar.

In 2014, Mr. Fein represented the first same-sex widower to ever be recognized by a Florida court as a surviving spouse, in the case of In re Estate of Bangor.

Mr. Fein is a Florida Civil-Law Notary appointed by the Florida Department of State pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 118.
